- Stamp Duty, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Registration charges, Floor-rise charges, Development charges, and Parking charges will be applied additionally over and above the quoted price.
- All such additional charges are applicable as per prevailing government norms and are subject to change at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
- Quoted prices, offers, and payment plans are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the developer.
- The applicability and exact quantum of any additional charges shall be communicated by the developer at the time of booking and confirmed in the Agreement of Sale.

14. Dispute Resolution
The parties recognise that disputes are best resolved without resorting to formal litigation. Accordingly, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through the following tiered process:
14.1 Direct Negotiation
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. The aggrieved party shall provide written notice of the dispute to the other party, after which both parties agree to engage in direct negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of notice.
14.2 Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation conducted by a neutral mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. Mediation shall be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in English, and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties.
14.3 Binding Arbitration
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of commencement, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Courts as Fallback
The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction only for matters that cannot be resolved through arbitration under Indian law — including interim relief, enforcement of arbitral awards, and matters specifically reserved for judicial determination.
14.5 Consumer Rights
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Forum for any consumer-related disputes where applicable under Indian law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any matter not addressed in these Terms shall be determined under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
